These terms apply to communications from Eagle Control Systems, Inc. ("ECS").

SMS Terms

  • Program: ECS Timekeeping sends work-related text messages to ECS employees who opt in. Messages notify employees of missing time on their timesheet and confirm receipt of paperwork such as absence requests, mileage, expense reports and per diem.

  • Opt-in: Employees opt in by signing the ECS Timekeeping Policy acknowledgment form and providing a mobile number. Opting in is optional and not a condition of employment.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message.

  • Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact 225-357-1921.

  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
